Beginning Sunday, March 8 we will be offering Financial Peace University at the Wellmark YMCA in downtown Des Moines. This nine-week class will show you how to eliminate debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and give like never before! Through video teaching, small group discussions, and interactive activities you will be challenged and motivated to make a plan for your money and change your family tree forever!

Parking
The city parking ramp at 5th and Keo is free on Sundays unless there is an event there is an event scheduled at Wells Fargo Arena or the Civic Center. You can access the skywalk on the second floor of the ramp. When you reach the skywalk go right and head past the insurance exchange, the Sage Tree and keep going until you see the Y. (The second floor of the Y has a lot of machines and equipment that you'll see from the skywalk.) Take the elevator down to the first floor and head in through the front door of the Y. 

You can also choose to park on the street, which is free on Sundays. Enter through the front door of the Y at 501 Grand. 

Kids
People with kids age infant through preschool can check their kids in at the child watch area before heading to the large meeting space. The child care is free for everyone and will be staffed by the Y. Elementary kids can join our Gateway Kids small group.
