Transition Announcement

We Have Some News!   

With grief and gratitude in our hearts, comes the announcement that Kristy Heilman, our beloved Kid’s Ministry Director will be transitioning out of her role at the end of the summer. We share this now so we have ample time to honor Kristy and properly transition her role.

Kristy is not a role to be filled, she is a person we dearly love. Selfishly we want her unique mixture of humor and care to stay the whole time, and we are so grateful to be part of her story and place of encouragement in forthcoming seasons as she pursues broadcast media writ large.

Over the coming weeks be on the lookout for our job posting as we look for another person to step in for a season or longer to serve and love the families at Gateway. And don’t worry, we will have a proper send-off for Kristy. Until then shower her with words of affirmation and chocolate treats.
